Cashew paste is a creamy, smooth blend made from finely ground cashews. It possesses a rich, buttery, and slightly sweet flavor, derived from the natural taste of cashews. This paste gives dishes a distinctive nutty flavor and a luxurious texture, making it a versatile ingredient in many culinary preparations.

Primarily used in Indian and Middle Eastern cuisines, this paste can be a key component in stews, sauces, curries and desserts. It adds richness and thickness to a dish, and when combined with appropriate spices, it transforms food into an absolute delicacy.
