Cajun Blackening Spice Rub

A great spice rub for any grilled or fried occasion. Add to chicken, shrimp, fish, or steak for a bit of a heat and flavor. Best when dry-rubbed and blacked over high heat.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix to combine.
