Hawaiian Style Mac Salada

- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Rinse under cold water, drain well, and place in a large bowl.
- Add apple cider vinegar, shredded carrots, and shredded onion and stir until combined.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise , milk, and sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Fold the mayo mixture into the macaroni until all the noodles are evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours if doing it the same day).
- Gently stir before serving.
