- If the beef round steak is pre-sliced, place in the freezer for 1 hour to make it easier to slice thinly. Then slice beef thinly against the grain in approximately ⅛-inch thickness.
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients except the sliced beef round steak into a bowl and mix to combine.
- Add the sliced beef round steak and mix using your hands to ensure all the meat is coated.
- Transfer all ingredients into a ziplock bag, seal, and set in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next day, drain and beef round steak slices from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place the beef strips on the dehydrator tray and place in a dehydrator at 160°F for 4 hours.
- Remove, store in an airtight container, and enjoy!
